I have dealt with other affiliates in the past, but no one comes close to Trevor and the team at the 9th St. location. Not only did he find my “missing” alignment package I purchased at another location and they logged elsewhere, but he and his team always take the best care of both myself and my husband. From oil changes, to tires, to a simple fix today that they squeezed me in for, they are honest to a fault. Another location told my husband he needed brakes and tires and, after dealing with Trevor and his team, neither was true! Honesty is hard to come by these days, but this crew are top notch!

I've been bringing my cars here for a variety of services over the years, including new tires, headlights, oil changes, and other maintenance. Every experience has been a positive one. The guys are always kind, friendly, and efficient, and they consistently provide great service. I especially want to recognize Trevor. He always communicates clearly about any issues, delays, or work that needs to be done, and I really appreciate that he takes the time to show and explain things rather than just telling me about them. Even when unexpected delays come up, he's upfront about what's going on and follows through on his commitments. It's hard to find a garage you can trust, but I've never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsold on services I didn't need. The honesty, transparency, and customer service are a big part of why I continue to bring my vehicle here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

This place was great all around .As I walked in I spoke to Sean at the front desk and he was very professional and helpful when I spoke to him about fixing my flat tire. I waited no more than 5 minutes to get my tire fixed by Will, who was fast and efficient!

Helped me out after a different kost fixed my over heating issue my car over heated again I took it to this kost and they helped fix it in a timely manner! Very awesome people that work here ❤️

I ordered snow tires from Walmart but somehow they lost one of them before mounting them! Good thing, because I went to Kost instead, where they sold me new snow tires, mounted them, mounted my summer tires to my other rims, inspected, aligned my car, and programmed two sets of TPMS for me for less than Walmart was charging me for just tires and mounting. Special should out to Trevor, who managed my many requests with ease! I have been to many tire places in the Scranton and Binghamton area and I will tell you this one is the best. Why? 1). If you buy tires from them, they mount for free. Not the case in most other places. If you bring your own tires, they mount for a reasonable fee (I think it's $20/tire?) 2). They are literally the only place that will even attempt to program a set of TPMS that you bring to them. I had a set of tires and rims with me that I salvaged from another car, and they managed to program the TPMS from those tires for my car. Any other place would have forced me to buy a new set and charged me hundreds. And believe me, I called about 6 other tires places and asked about it, so I know! Just a warning that they don't take appointments, so be sure to get there as early as possible, and even then, be prepared to wait, possibly for most of the day if they are doing a lot of stuff to your car. The location is a pretty convenient walk to downtown, though, if you don't mind walking. I made sure to show up on the same day I had a dentist appt downtown. I think Kost will also deliver you anywhere you need to go.

Blew a tire and had no spare and had to get back to Philly to catch a flight. Spoke w Victor and he said he’d take care of me so I had AAA tow to West Side Kost. Victor jumped right on it, assessed the damage, recommended 2 front Goodyear replacements which matched the rears. He had them brought down from another location and had me back on the road on about 2 hours total. Fantastic experience! Thanks, Victor!

Victor was really helpful. He saved me quite a bit of money from telling me that I didnt need the rotors replaced while the other place I went to said I had to. I would recommend coming here if you want a fair assessment of what your vehicle actually needs.

The West Scranton location managed by Trevor and Victor is the greatest. Today, a Friday at 5 p.m., my daughter caught a nail in a tire and was about 15 minutes from the store. We live about an hour away and I found them as the closest Kost to where she was. I called and those guys, without hesitation, went from the store to the location, took care of the tire, and bailed her out. They called me at 6:15 to let me know she was back on the road. Can't thank them enough!

I didn't know what to do when I walked out of my house to depart for an important business trip and suddenly remembered that I had bad tires that couldn't risk a roadtrip. I went to Kost in West Scranton in desperation and all my problems vanished. Even though I didn't have an appointment and the guys there were busy with a full schedule, I was immediately taken care of and sent down the road with brand new tires, an alignment, and the friendliest service I could wish for all in under two hours. Many times our car repair experience is not good. This time it was great! The gentlemen that helped me with my tire situation were professional, nice and friendly. They expressed the approximate wait time for the service. Provided me with a cost estimate and helped me with a part falling off my car. They quickly looked up the part, since I was going out of town they created a temporary fix that held while I drove to Harrisburg and back. Then upon return I went in and the part had arrived and they immediately put it on the car. I highly recommend this location.
