My scion tc runs great am driving driving along and oil light comes on and off took it too kosttire and laserlube did not tighten the knob under car so I been leaking oil and kosttire gave me a free oil change thank you Quinn the mechanic fix my car and laserlube no good they have cheaper prices but poor work 100%if you want your oil too leak just take your car too laserlube.i will be bringing my car kosttire nice workers there

Had just replaced front tie rods on an R32 Skyline during a visit in Scranton and the shop that was supposed to do the alignment said my car was too low for them to get on the ramps. I had planned to drive home that night so this was a bit of a predicament. After a lot of running around I ended up at this Kost Tie & Auto, and was originally told by the manager there that they wouldn't have time to fit me in due to short notice, and did not have the alignment specs for my vehicle (not really a surprise) but could at least check things out for me. But after hearing about my situation, one of the technicians, specifically Kyle Santos, went out of their way to help and try to find people who could help me and ended up speaking with Victor Lynn, the manager, and they worked together to fit me in on short notice and using some borrowed specs from a 240sx and my manual to set my front alignment up so I could get home. It was done within an hour and was as straight as I could ask for, with no issues at highway speeds. Staff was polite, showed concern and interest, and was very efficient with their process. I appreciated their hospitality and kindness. Would definitely recommend going here and will be doing more business with them in the future when I need it. Thanks again guys!

Incredibly impressed with the staff. They did not have the size tire that I needed, so one of them ran to the warehouse. I was still out of there, with a new tire, in 45 minutes! The staff is personable, and incredibly efficient. I will definitely be back.

Victor was really helpful. He saved me quite a bit of money from telling me that I didnt need the rotors replaced while the other place I went to said I had to. I would recommend coming here if you want a fair assessment of what your vehicle actually needs.

Originally had my truck at Steve Shannon for a front end alignment I made an appointment today ahead of time for 10:30 in the morning the next day and I dropped my car off the guy asked me if I wanted to stick around and I said no I only live a few blocks away so I figured that meant you would only be an hour or so working on it boy was I wrong first they had it for just over 24 hours without even having brought it in yet and 2nd they neglected to tell me 6 parts I would need before I could even get an alignment only telling me two of those parts which I then spent over a week repairing finally I got sick and tired of waiting and just the adult attitudes of the workers and took my car to Coast Tire and Auto where not only did they get me aligned but also not only told me but showed me exactly what needed to be replaced which I have no idea how the other guy missed it as Steve Shannon it was nothing hard to look at and see and I even called Steve Shannon corporate office and they were more concerned with covering their own skin rather than making good on the issue. As far as cost to go as though they were nothing but courteous helpful and even hook me up with a special package deal so I wouldn't have to spend as much money on my next alignments A+

On Friday morning July 19th I was coming home from hospital when the low tire pressure light came on. I pulled into lost & was glad I did. The service manager & service tech were extremely professional & courteous. Fast service done right the first time.
