Excellent services👌👌👌👌 I went to do wheel alignment and the guy was very honest with me and explained that it wasn't necessary to do the alignment and that they just needed to tweak the front side a little bit. They didn't charge me for the service just tips the guy who did the service. Thanks to the manager Trevor Calvey for a great service we need more people like you 👌👌

My experience was with Flo, Kingston,Pa. This past Saturday, June I st I had my 2019 jeep Cherokee towed to Kost tire Pierce St, Kingston,Pa. Flo worked with me regarding my jeep. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday, June 1 at 1 o’clock however towing was late due to several road accidents. This cause them to be late picking up my jeep. I called Kost Tire and spoke with Flo, explained the situation and he was perfectly fine, very courteous and very understanding about my car not arriving on time. He called me on the following day to let me know what was actually wrong with my car and that they had gave it an oil change as we spoke about prior to doing the oil change if needed. This was so reassuring as I thought it would’ve been a lot worse. I can’t say enough about Flo and what a great employee he is. I was so worried about my car. Upon completion of finishing my jeep, he call to tell me that it did indeed need an oil change and that it was completed. He told me to pick up the car at my convenience and that the area was under surveillance so the car would be safe until I arrived. There should be more people in this world like him, especially when working with the public. Flo is very smart, courteous and very valuable to the company. He has a big heart so I want to thank him very much, and also to say that I am proud to be part of the Kost tire family! Again thank you Flo! Doreen Novick

I want to give a big shot out to George and the boys at the new Taylor shop they went above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road so quickly, I was a walk in with no appointment, George was so kind and helpful told me he would get me in as soon as possible and before I knew it my car was done when I came back to pick my car up he handed me the keys and said you're all set I looked at him and said how much do I owe you he handed me a postcard and said just give us a good review, you definitely earned my trust and respect and will be coming back again with any issues I have. Stopped by this afternoon (August 17) at the Shavertown store to see when they could get a chance to look at one of my cars tires that has a very slow leak - 2 or 3 pounds a week of air loss. Manager said if I wanted to hang out, they could look at it shortly. Got it in about 15 minutes later and found the problem- a screw in the tire. Removed the screw, patched the tire, and on my way in less than an hour. Best of all, NO CHARGE! Thanks "Slim Jim"!
