I went in to have my tire switched with the one in the trunk so I can fix it. The manager said why don't we try to fix it for you. They did and were able to fix the tire and save me from fixing a tire myself. I previously fixed a tire myself after a rival shop fixed the tire but didn't properly fix it and told me I needed a new tire to which I was able to fix myself with a Walmart plug kit. The staff at kost were so nice and got me in and out quick eventhough there were people waiting. I'm so happy with my experience

Friendly staff and fast service. I used to take my car to the stealership for maintenance and wait hours even with an appointment! Kost east did the job in like 20 minutes and i didn't even really need to wait for an appointment.

The Manager at this location is a straight up guy. Believe his name was Josh. Helpful and TRUTHFUL. I went in for an inspection and knew exactly what my car needed. Safe to say this place is looking for long term relationships and not just a quick one time job where they slap you with a huge bill.

I have used Kost Jefferson Avenue Scranton for several years for a number of vehicles, and has included large and small issues and routine service and maintenance requirements. They have serviced my needs exceptionally. Dom and Frank are my key contacts and are a great face for the retail service operation; friendly, attentive, and thorough. Also, cudos to the rest of the operation, working behind the scenes to perform the actual service on the vehicles. My most recent service was on 7/29/2023 for an routine annual inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and check for other potential maintenance. The work was scheduled timely and performed effectively. The need for work performed was explained well in a call and performed effectively. Thanks to the Kost crew!

Had a flat tire and took the car over in the morning. They had the tire fixed and showed me what caused the flat by noon. They didn't charge. Very kind and fast service.

I had a tire that was almost flat but all your techs had left for the day. The man at the desk, I believe his name was Jason offered to at least fill the tire for me. When he went to put air in he noticed a small screw in the tire. He was so kind and offered to pull it and put a plug in the tire. He saved me from having a really bad day. I am so greatful to him. Our family had to make an emergency stop and the gentlemen at Kost got our van right in. They were kind and courteous and told us the repair could wait until we returned home. They did not charge us and were a blessing to our family.
