Woody and his team are absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond yesterday to help my mom out with her flat tire. I am so appreciative of the help they were able to provide. We will be going there indefinitely for all our car care needs!!

Took my Suburban in for oil change this morning. I was visiting from out of town, and I explained I wanted to get the oil changed before our return trip, if possible. It seemed busy at this location - but Woody was fantastic and got me in within 15 minutes! And Woody and his staff were all very kind and great to work with! Our little animal rescue van had a slow tire leak. It was so frustrating! I didn't want to use fix-a-flat because it wasn't a flat. I stopped in at Kost in Moscow/Daleville and was helped by Manager Woody and Technician Howie! They were so kind and helped us quick so that we could get on to our next rescue mission! I am new to the area and stopped by Kost for a new tire before they were opened. I terrific gentleman named Woody was extremely welcoming and helpful. Woodie and his team really do go above and beyond to make sure they offer unmatched customer service. I have brought my vehicle here several times over the last few months for vehicle maintenance. Although they recommend only using parts that they have on hand or that they order they have made an exception on occasion to install parts I provided. I have been very satisfied with the services provided at this location.

I had a transmission leak that needed expert help and that is what I got from the friendly, helpful folks at this location. And to top it off they looked at my car on short notice. I am very thankful since I am in the area overnight and wanted reassurance I can make it back home tomorrow. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and respectful. The store manager, Woody is accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this visit was unexpected, the service was extremely prompt, and efficient. The employees were amazing and, as always, hard working. It’s truly appreciated.

Great service! Woody the manager is a great guy, very kind, and approachable. He's been helping my dad for years and Kost was lucky to acquire him as an employee! He's always looking to help out the best he can and you never get the sense that he's trying to upsell you on anything you don't truly need. The location is nice and clean. Its also very welcoming. Overall highly recommend this location

About 2 weeks ago my wife and I had our 2019 accord in for 4 tires and an alignment. After getting home and double checking the alignment sheet I realized I had some concerns with the results of the alignment. After calling them back to discuss the next course of action rather than them just make up an excuse or use some clever wording and expecting to be told I’d have to wait a week to get back in they immediately stood behind their work and said “ can you bring it in asap?” I was pleasantly surprised by this as some shops just aren’t that accommodating. In the course of this time period we also ordered new wheels for our car since the originals were curbed for while and when I explained that I know we JUST had the 4 tires mounted and balanced on old rims we would need them broken down and transferred to the new wheels. THEY DIDNT EVEN FLINCH OR ROLL THEIR EYES. Just said no problem and to get it to them. Same day service with the short notice and corrected our concerns with the alignment. We will be back for future services!
