Woodie and his team really do go above and beyond to make sure they offer unmatched customer service. I have brought my vehicle here several times over the last few months for vehicle maintenance. Although they recommend only using parts that they have on hand or that they order they have made an exception on occasion to install parts I provided. I have been very satisfied with the services provided at this location.

Woody is awesome…he’s knowledgeable, honest, and seems to genuinely care about his customers. I highly recommend this Kost location for any vehicle maintenance. They replaced my front brakes and did an oil change in less than two hours, and I feel confident everything was done right. Easily the best service I’ve ever had at an auto shop and I’ll definitely be back.

Great people, great prices, excellent service. Everytime I go here the parking lot is packed, because these guys are your best bet for auto services. The managers I've had the pleasure of meeting, Woody and Matt, are absolute gems. They treat you like a real person, and not some checklist of things to be sold. I recently had a tire blow up on me, and they were able to get me in the same day.

About 2 weeks ago my wife and I had our 2019 accord in for 4 tires and an alignment. After getting home and double checking the alignment sheet I realized I had some concerns with the results of the alignment. After calling them back to discuss the next course of action rather than them just make up an excuse or use some clever wording and expecting to be told I’d have to wait a week to get back in they immediately stood behind their work and said “ can you bring it in asap?” I was pleasantly surprised by this as some shops just aren’t that accommodating. In the course of this time period we also ordered new wheels for our car since the originals were curbed for while and when I explained that I know we JUST had the 4 tires mounted and balanced on old rims we would need them broken down and transferred to the new wheels. THEY DIDNT EVEN FLINCH OR ROLL THEIR EYES. Just said no problem and to get it to them. Same day service with the short notice and corrected our concerns with the alignment. We will be back for future services!

Woodie and the young fella “can’t remember his name” were absolutely wonderful there, I could tell that all the mechanics there were well coordinated and worked well as a team. The younger guy was even super patient and helpful with an older gentleman that was struggling at the counter trying to understand some paperwork. Got my tires there for nearly a steal of a deal for my cars inspection, they were quick ESPECIALLY for a super busy day! They even gave me a ride to work that was around the corner since I had dropped off my car and was going to walk to work. Hands down, they’re the best and I see what the hypes about now with them! They had all 5 “or 4” of their car bays occupied and STILL was very clean in their garage! Amazing people, amazing workers, if I could give 10 stars I would! DONT SECOND GUESS, go with Kost Tires!

Woody at your Covington/Moscow store is an asset to your team. He has a kind, very calm and always friendly attitude. Woody and his team demonstrate strong knowledge and professionalism throughout my appointments. I had a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, and all were completed in a timely manner. Just made another visit to Kost Tire and Auto Service to tend to a flat tire. The service was, once again exemplary. The same absolutely holds true since my last review two years ago. The store manager, Woody is accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this visit was unexpected, the service was extremely prompt, and efficient. The employees were amazing and, as always, hard working. It’s truly appreciated.

Our little animal rescue van had a slow tire leak. It was so frustrating! I didn't want to use fix-a-flat because it wasn't a flat. I stopped in at Kost in Moscow/Daleville and was helped by Manager Woody and Technician Howie! They were so kind and helped us quick so that we could get on to our next rescue mission!
