Really good place to get your vehicles worked on

They diagnosed a leaking tire and replaced it in an hour. We were driving back from a vacation when our car told is there was insufficient tire pressure. Looked up local tire companies, and saw a nearby Kost. I had work done years ago by another Kost in central PA, so I was familiar with the company. Kudos and thank you for saving our vacation!

This was one of the most wonderful, inspiring business experiences I have ever had. We’re visiting Heart Lake on vacation and got a flat tire. Car troubles are always nerve-wracking, especially when you’re somewhere unfamiliar. Josh and the team at Kost were warm, reassuring and professional, which allowed me to leave them not only my vehicle but also my worries and instead go back and spend a lovely morning with my family. When we came back to pick up the car (which was fixed up incredibly quickly), Josh presented me with the nail they had removed from the tire. Showing up in a new place with a busted car and an out-of-state license plate, you’re always a little afraid that you won’t be treated fairly. Instead, Josh treated us like family, and we’re incredibly grateful. Kost Tires is not just a great business, but a great ambassador for the town of Montrose!

Sales man at counter was very nice had what I wanted

I'm from out of town and my rental car's low tire pressure light came on. I pulled into Kost and asked if they could check my tires since I didn't want to get stuck somewhere or call the rental's roadside assistance if I didn't need to. They immediately helped me out, checked my tires and adjusted the tire pressure for me. I was so grateful for their willingness to help, even when they knew that since it was a rental car, if there were any real issues, I would need to call the rental roadside assistance, so they weren't going to make any money helping me out. Thanks for getting me confidently back on the road again, Kost!!

Great service

Stopped into Kost Tire in Montrose, Pa. Had problems with my brakes on the front of my wife's car. I asked if there was any way they could fit me in to take a look at what my problem might be. Josh and Rich were excellent. I was greeted with a smile on their face and was asked how they could help me. Left the car there and was notified what my problem was. They completed the work at a very good price and made my wife and I very grateful. Great customer service.

I took a company truck in to get an oil change they didn’t have the filter for the truck so the man went and got one for the truck. They are great

Had a company vehicle with a tire off the rim. Unfortunately this vehicle did not have a spare or the right size lug wrench equipped with it. I was just down the road so I call Kost and Joe answered. I explained my situation and Joe came and picked the tire and myself up and took us to the shop to get it taken care of. The were so helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone if they have and issues with their tires.
