Awesome experience! Got a flat tire at work and called Kost to see if I could bring it in around 5:15 to get it patched since they close at 6. Flor, the manager, answered and said, “Absolutely, bring it in!” I ended up running late and didn’t get there until about 5:35, but they still took me in with zero hesitation. Super friendly, quick, and professional — they had my tire patched and ready to go in about 20 minutes. Flor and the tech who fixed the tire were awesome. Great customer service all around! I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They were the only ones able to help me when no one else could. The team was fast, friendly, and took great care of both me and my car. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about their customers. From now on, they’ll be the only people touching my car. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience. I needed a new air valve and they replaced it for me free of charge. It was so kind and greatly appreciated! Fantastic work and quick results.

On Friday around 300 pm I pulled in the Pierce St. Shop because I just hit a curb and had 2 tires on passenger side were deflated bec ause of striking the curb just dow the street. When I pulled in Mr. pabon came out to ask me if I needed hjelp and offered services to take care of the problem. Mr. Pabon wads very helpful and polite to take care of my problem. He and his staff took very good care of us in a timely fashion. I would like to say thank you very much for assisting us in our time of need. Updated Feb 10th, 2026 Great experience at this location today accidently confused them with the one on Wyoming Ave but they were happy to take us, got us in and out quickly and made us feel welcome. Thank you to Tom and John for accommodating us last minute!! We are kost pierce st lifers. Ihad a great experience getting a quote, tires, inspection & installation at the Kingston, Pierce St location. Flo & Bryan were quick and helpful and walked me through the process. They also were very friendly and explained everything the shop did to ensure the car was road ready! Our tire pressure light came on after installation but was an easy fix. Thank you again for your quick and efficient service to my vehicle, we will be back for services in the future!

Kost save my day , I went to two different places to get my breaks done because they were bad and they won’t see me, but KostTire took me in with welcome hand and Took care of me! I recently took my daughter’s Rogue to Kost Tire in Kingston (Pierce St) to have the brakes checked out. I spoke with Herman who very carefully explained what the Rogue needed and told me that my daughter’s safety was his main concern. I agreed. He didn’t try to sell me anything or deceive me in any way. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I also dealt with Flor (one of the management team) who showed me professionalism and genuine concern for my daughter’s vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the charges and what they meant. As long as Herman and Flor are at this Kost , I will continue to bring all of my vehicles there . After having such a terrible experience at another local shop, I decided to give Kost Tire & Auto Service in Kingston a try, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful of my time. They got my vehicle in, completed my state inspection, and thoroughly explained everything they found. My husband and I have been going to the Kost in Kingston on Pierce Street since they opened. We are treated like family every time we call or stop in for services. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, especially the manager Flor! I called today upon noticing a nail in my tire and he was able to get me right in and back on the road within an hour. Thank you for the top notch customer service always!

I called early a.m and spoke to Jake, whom was very informative, courteous, polite and patient after being in shock with having my air conditioner compressor pulley go out on me. He was very professional when explaining the different payment options & made the awful experience of having my care serviced more pleasurable. Very personable and would recommend speaking to him with any questions 🙂

I had an appointment in the AM and decided I would drop my car off the night before. (Had a tire losing air). The technician went out to get my mileage & saw the tire. He had the garage technician take it in immediately to check it. They removed a small screw & repaired the tire in addition to rotating my tires while I waited. Kind & quick service! They are always very kind & accommodating at this location!

We have been going here for a while. Generally great pricing and will work with you. Flo is the absolute BEST! Ask for him! Had an issue with a tire and he said “you’re a regular. We’ve got you” and swapped the tire for free!!! Being a regular pays off!

I'm still fairly new to the area so I didn't know of any tire/car repair shops around. After asking some coworkers if they had a recommendation and them saying Kost provides excellent service, I figure why not. Let's give them a try. I had a tire on my car with a slow leak. I figured that there was either something in it or the bead was leaking. After work today, I headed over and told them what was going on. They pulled my car in immediately and said there was a nail stuck in the tire. They pulled the nail out and plugged the tire for me. I asked them what I owed them and they said NOTHING. That is absolutely amazing and very kind of them to do! They don't know me. I'm not a regular customer of theirs. I was brand new to the business and they treated me like I've known them for years. I will most definitely be returning here for all my car's needs! You just found yourselves another long term customer! Thank you for taking care of me. That means more to me than you'll ever know!
