The guys for the front desk to the mechanic in the back are amazing. I will tell anyone that ask that Kost tires in Kington is the place to go if you are looking for great pricing and a place that treats you like family. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

Tom was super helpful in explaining what was going on with my car. I have been taking our cars to Kost tire for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I'm still fairly new to the area so I didn't know of any tire/car repair shops around. After asking some coworkers if they had a recommendation and them saying Kost provides excellent service, I figure why not. Let's give them a try. I had a tire on my car with a slow leak. I figured that there was either something in it or the bead was leaking. After work today, I headed over and told them what was going on. They pulled my car in immediately and said there was a nail stuck in the tire. They pulled the nail out and plugged the tire for me. I asked them what I owed them and they said NOTHING. That is absolutely amazing and very kind of them to do! They don't know me. I'm not a regular customer of theirs. I was brand new to the business and they treated me like I've known them for years. I will most definitely be returning here for all my car's needs! You just found yourselves another long term customer! Thank you for taking care of me. That means more to me than you'll ever know!

Our most recent visit at this location was exceptional. Had our car towed to facility and when it was ready to be picked up, no charge. We have used this Kingston shop since it opened and highly recommend it. Everyone who works there has been very friendly and helpful.

I’ve always been a fan of Kost so I take my vehicle there when there is a problem. I took it in the other Day to see if I can get a diagnosis on a problem I was having as well as getting an oil change tire rotation. While it was being serviced Jake found Other issues that needed to be addressed. I never dealt with Jake before, but I’ll tell you what he was a great guy! He was sympathetic and understanding, and kept me in the loop through the entire process. He really did go above and beyond, and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Some of the guys I used to deal with are no longer at that location, but I feel comfortable knowing Jake is there. Having a good experience like that means a lot and word-of-mouth is probably your best advertisement. Hope I don’t have to deal with any other issues anytime soon, but I’m sure Jake will provide great service again if I have to.

I had a really great experience at this tire shop, and a big part of that was thanks to the manager, Tom Carey. From the start, Tom was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He took the time to walk me through my options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was his honesty and customer-first approach. He made sure I got exactly what I needed at a fair price, kept me updated while the work was being done, and had everything finished quicker than expected. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to get tires or any related work done, I’d definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Tom. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.

After having such a terrible experience at another local shop, I decided to give Kost Tire & Auto Service in Kingston a try, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful of my time. They got my vehicle in, completed my state inspection, and thoroughly explained everything they found. They didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs or try to upsell me. Instead, they showed me what my vehicle needed, answered all of my questions, and let me make the decision. I ended up having a cooling system flush done, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and communicated with me throughout the visit. That’s something that’s becoming harder and harder to find these days. First time I came to Kost Tire and my experience was great. They were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. And John was great with my son there. I 100 percent will be back for any future car work. They have just earned a new lifelong customer.

Once again, the great guys at Kost on Pierce Street took exceptional care of me earlier today. When I arrived, the guys promptly asked how they could help. I explained that I had a leak in my tire. They told me that they would promptly check it out and a few hours later, I was up and running. No hassles - just their customary exceptional and prompt service. I called early a.m and spoke to Jake, whom was very informative, courteous, polite and patient after being in shock with having my air conditioner compressor pulley go out on me. He was very professional when explaining the different payment options & made the awful experience of having my care serviced more pleasurable. Very personable and would recommend speaking to him with any questions 🙂

My husband and I have been going to the Kost in Kingston on Pierce Street since they opened. We are treated like family every time we call or stop in for services. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, especially the manager Flor! I called today upon noticing a nail in my tire and he was able to get me right in and back on the road within an hour.
