Highly recommend Carbondale Kost! I dropped my car off at 7:30a and it was ready by 10a! They performed an oil change, state inspection, and changed my wiper blades. The front office staff were personable and informative and the services are fairly priced. I’ll be back for sure!

We became aware of a slow leak on the morning of a 400 mile trip. We called Mark at the Kost in Carbondale at 7:30 am. As has been his custom, he had us on the rack at 7:45 and on the road by 8:30. They don't make enough stars.

Came for an oil change. Service took about 45 minutes along with the free tire rotation & air pressure balance they offered me. It cost me 90$ for the oil change. Mark at the front desk was very helpful & patient explaining things to me. This will be my regular mechanic & who I recommend to my friends.

They were very polite and easy to work with. They diagnosed my issue very quickly. Would recommend.

We are new to the area and not used to freezing/snowy weather. We asked about snow tires and these guys were awesome -- we left knowing more than when we arrived and our SUV is set for the snow.

Mark, was great to work with and got me in and out quickly. Adam my tech explained my tire issue and what he had to do to fix it. They got out of the bay and back on the road quickly and with confidence that my issue was resolved. Their knowledge and customer service made for a great experience!

I have to say these two guys are the best ever. Rick and Phil ran over across the main st to auto zone to my car to help me get my spare tire on and got me in to get two new tires within 24hours. I am a health care home health worker and I was able to work with my patients and felt at ease with my car in their hands. They are amazing men and so helpful. They both need raises. Thank you so much you both rock. Good people do exist!!!
