I had a great first experience at Kost Tires in Taylor. I dropped my vehicle off for an unplanned visit and within 2 hours they had my vehicle fixed and ready. The service was prompt, efficient, and the level of customer care was exceptional. George A and The team went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and will absolutely return for future service. Highly recommend.

This is a new store in Taylor, but I've already been there at least three times. George the manager and the people behind the desk and in the shop have been amazing and have provided excellent service every time. They are all so polite and they really seem to care about their customers. I'm very impressed! I can't say enough good about them! Thank you Kost!

Super pleased with my experience at the new Kost. Typically had to take my car to the Scranton location, and seeing as I live in Old Forge I'd be forced to Uber home. Was able to drop my car today at the Taylor location and walk home, I just was hoping that the quality of service here at the new one was as good as what I'd get at the Scranton location. I was pleasantly surprised to find that, somehow, the service at this location was even better! George was able to get me in the same day I called, and was able to have my vehicle finished in no time at all. I honestly thought that given the last minute nature of my request it'd at least be the day, but it was less than a few hours. Will absolutely be taking my car back here, thanks again George!

I want to give a big shot out to George and the boys at the new Taylor shop they went above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road so quickly, I was a walk in with no appointment, George was so kind and helpful told me he would get me in as soon as possible and before I knew it my car was done when I came back to pick my car up he handed me the keys and said you're all set I looked at him and said how much do I owe you he handed me a postcard and said just give us a good review, you definitely earned my trust and respect and will be coming back again with any issues I have. So happy Kost tire is now in our backyards in Taylor. I keep having to fill my one tire due to the dashboard telling me low tire pressure. In less than 30 minutes the guys at Kost pulled a large nail out of the tire & patched it for me. Great job!! Going back next week to get my State Inspection done..

Usually hate going to shops for parts or services because it always feels like there getting one over on you. I've been using firestone for roughly the past 6 years and never truly happy with the service. I needed tires and inspection done so I had set up a appointment with FS to get it done. While my appointment was a few days out I figured I would stop by kost just to see what they could do. Got the pleasure to deal with the store manager George. For someone as picky as me to please he did a great job. He was nothing but helpful in trying to find the right tires in my price range for my truck and gave me a what i felt like was a good enough deal to cancel my appointment with FS. The technician Kevin was more then helpful with advice and future maintenance to look for. Feel like he did a good job on my truck with the services he performed. In the end I left there saving a good amount and not feeling like I got screwed over for a change. From my recent experience I'm going to be switching over to kost and recommending them to my friends.

EXCELLENT experience at Kost Tire & Auto Service in Taylor, and cheers to super kind-and-professional employees Christine and Rob! There was a local used car we were considering for purchase, and we called the nearest Kost in Taylor in the late afternoon to see if they could possibly do a pre-purchase inspection for us same day. (We'd traveled two hours to get to the dealership for this specific car, and were hoping we didn't have to make the long trip back again.) Kost got us in for our pre-purchase inspection right away! Christine and Rob took the time to go over the things they noted in the inspection, even shared some pointers for cosmetic items we could consider, and gave us the confidence in the car to finish the purchase. All for an incredibly low price of just $20! Truly nice and knowledgeable folks, and we're really glad we gave them a call. Thanks, Kost, and thanks again, Christine and Rob!

Just got new tires at the Taylor store ., Andrew , was amazing , he knew what I wanted and found me a great tire with a massive discount ! He was fantastic! Customer Service was amazing?

I came in with low pressure in one tire. They quickly got my vehicle in, found and repaired the leak, checked and matched pressure in all the tires and didn’t charge me. I will be back when I need new tires or any service.

I had a positive experience getting my car aligned. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly. One suggestion would be for technicians to use gloves or clean their hands before handling interior components like the steering wheel cover and shifter knob to maintain cleanliness. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

I had brought my car in to get new rotors and breaks, and they found things wrong with the car the dealership didn’t even missed! My car will last much longer than it would have and it drives like a brand new car! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff there as well!

Excellent service! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and helpful. They fixed my jeep with a engine replacement and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend coming here. These people are a blessing in disguise with the way they fixed my jeep and I can’t thank them enough. Will definitely be back now anytime I need new tires or something fixed.

I just wanna share that the staff was amazing today. I went in because I was panicking about my key fob not working for my car. Everyone was amazing. They helped me right away And gave me a new battery for my key fob for free!!!!

They are great here. I've gotten service done several times and the entire staff always goes out of their way to help you out, and not take advantage/screw you over. Especially if you are stuck in tough situation (or literally stuck and vehicle breaks down). Thank you so much Kost and especially Christine for coming to pick me up in the middle of nowhere!♥️
