A truly amazing experience from Tiffany and team at this PA location. My daughter and I were heading to Buffalo for a quick college/moving trip and unfortunately got a flat on 80. A very kind man, who was a local tow truck driver helped us out and changed out our spare so we didn’t have to wait on my AAA service. He recommended this KOST location, so we came right over. I had 0 expectations on how long this service would take or how much it would cost, but we were welcomed in, and back on the road in an hour. The fact that Tiffany refused to take any money for their time and troubles for the tire plug was so unexpected, and appreciated beyond words. My daughter and I both were flabbergasted at how kind you all were and have told everyone that will listen about the kindness of PA, and how it completely swayed what could have been a dent in our trip to such a positive experience. It’s so nice to know that there are still kind and generous people in this world. THANK YOU🩷

I have a bmw 2series and they did not hesitate on taking on my issues and were able to give me resolution to my issues. My brake light was out. After reading some reviews, I stopped in to get it checked. They checked the wires, fuses, bulb... Light came on and they did not charge me. I was taken aback. Friendly service, clean, cool, and spacious waiting area. Will 100% be coming here for any future vehicle needs/maintenance.

I visited this location after being referred by neighbor. The initial visit i was met with a friendly and professional young lady who explained she could not book an appt to check a shifting problem on my Durango. I advised that I wanted the tran/selenoid shifting sensor replaced. She suggested that they open around 7:30 and I should arrive prior in order to be seen. The following day I returned as instructed I met John who arranged for my car to be looked at. Upon evaluation unfortunately they felt the problem was more suitable for a transmission specialist. They could have attempted a repair and charged me. I'm appreciative of their honesty and integrity. Also appreciative of John's professionalism and candor.

I can't say enough good things about Kost in Stroudsburg, they care about their customers its not just business with them, Tiffany is a true angel. She got me in and out in enough time to make it into work. She was kind and empathic..I brought brand new tires and caught a flat 5 days later, I was on the verge of tears with everything that has been going wrong and she replaced my tire and got be back on the road...I will forever be a Kost customer...I highly recommend them...thanks Tiffany Melissa Oyola

I have been servicing my cars at this Kost location for over 15 years. Their pricing is always competitive, especially on tires, and the quality of their work is always good. The service is excellent and they are transparent about what needs to be done, and what doesn’t need to be done, and they only charge and do the work that is necessary. Tiffany is the manager and she takes very good care of the customers and runs a tight ship with the staff. They are highly recommended for any service that you need. Also, a local NEPA company so you are supporting a local business and local workers.

I needed a flat tire fixed that was under warranty. Tiffany helped me and had the tire replaced and installed. She is an excellent worker and knows her customer service.
