I visited this location after being referred by neighbor. The initial visit i was met with a friendly and professional young lady who explained she could not book an appt to check a shifting problem on my Durango. I advised that I wanted the tran/selenoid shifting sensor replaced. She suggested that they open around 7:30 and I should arrive prior in order to be seen. The following day I returned as instructed I met John who arranged for my car to be looked at. Upon evaluation unfortunately they felt the problem was more suitable for a transmission specialist. They could have attempted a repair and charged me. I'm appreciative of their honesty and integrity. Also appreciative of John's professionalism and candor.

A truly amazing experience from Tiffany and team at this PA location. My daughter and I were heading to Buffalo for a quick college/moving trip and unfortunately got a flat on 80. A very kind man, who was a local tow truck driver helped us out and changed out our spare so we didn’t have to wait on my AAA service. He recommended this KOST location, so we came right over. I had 0 expectations on how long this service would take or how much it would cost, but we were welcomed in, and back on the road in an hour. The fact that Tiffany refused to take any money for their time and troubles for the tire plug was so unexpected, and appreciated beyond words. My daughter and I both were flabbergasted at how kind you all were and have told everyone that will listen about the kindness of PA, and how it completely swayed what could have been a dent in our trip to such a positive experience. I tried a number of mechanics in the area over the years until I found Kost. The team at the counter is always friendly and they actually communicate with you.
