Chrissy, Mark & Nate at the Shavertown Kost Tire helped get me back on the road after I hit a curb and flattened the tire. Suffice it to say my husband was not pleased when I told him about the flat tire. However, he was pleased that they helped me.

Update: After my original review, the district manager reached out to me and took care of the issue. He corrected the situation in the way I hoped it would be handled. I appreciate him stepping in and making it right. Make your own conclusion. Bought a low mileage car, essentially a fast collector vehicle. it needed tires due to age, not wear. the rims were pristine when i dropped it off.. 100% sure. i just cleaned them. no joke.. have had the car for a week and didn’t drive it since purchase… spent the week detailing it.. so i knew every inch. when i picked up the car after installation of new tires, i was told the large very noticeable scape/gouge was already there … and oh yeah both climate controls were turned way up. not where i left them. will be talking to the Goodyear employee discount program contacts at my employer about it.

Absolutely love and cherish their service and employees. They ALWAYS take great care of me and my family. I have been going there almost 15 years. Though there is a location three minutes from my home, I drive the extra ten to go to the Dallas location because it feels like home.

Only have GREAT things to say about the folks here at Kost. I was visiting from NJ and found out my tire had a leak, I got here 1/2 an hour before closing, but they still helped me. They found the nail in the tire, and patched it up. I would highly recommend you check this place out for all your automotive needs

I bought my tires at Kost Shavertown a few years ago and have been very happy with their continued service. I had to have a puncture plugged by Sears Auto while out of state, and the plug had leaked continuously until I was able to return to Kost. They fixed the leaky plug not once, but twice, both times for free. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.

There are no words to express how amazing Kost is. Kristine and Mark treated me as if I was family and I just met them. I had an appointment for 11, dropped my car off at opening, and within an hour my car was ready to pick up! Fast, efficient, and painless. Mike the tech was very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. If you ever need maintenance, oil change, inspection, etc. Kost is the place to go!

I just want to say Sam and Matt are true artists when comes to working on my vehicles!!! They always let me know when something down the road may cause an issue .
