The Manager at this location is a straight up guy. Believe his name was Josh. Helpful and TRUTHFUL. I went in for an inspection and knew exactly what my car needed. Safe to say this place is looking for long term relationships and not just a quick one time job where they slap you with a huge bill.

The service provided was excellent, complemented by a friendly and highly efficient staff. Frank's welcoming demeanor created a sense of familiarity and immediate comfort. My initial concern was promptly addressed, and the experience felt personalized. This establishment is now my preferred provider for all needs.

I’m visiting from out of town and noticed my oil light was on. Joshua told me to come in right away so he could make sure I wasn’t low on oil, which I wasn’t. He thought it was probably an oil sensor and I was okay driving it. He kindly did this for me at no charge. THANK YOU from someone who knows very little about cars but needed help a long ways from home.

After getting a flat on interstate 81 , I stopped by Coast tire on Jefferson Avenue an hour before they closed. They took my tire right in, fixed it, removed the spare and replaced it with my.repaired Tire. Thank you for the great service. You guys are awesome.

If you’re anything like me, you dread taking your car to the shop. Thankfully the guys at Kost Tire, especially Josh L., were able to assist and make it less of a stressful experience! I walked out of the shop with (desperately needed) brand new tires and a huge sense of relief. Great service, great prices, great experience.

Showed up at the Jefferson St. location with a slow leak in my tire today. I was met by a gracious gentleman who said he'd help me. Within an hour a screw was removed and my tire was fixed, - No charge. It's been awhile since I took my car there but I was recieved by the same great service I remembered years back. I'll surely be returning. I seemed to have forgotten what a great crew they have there. Thank you guys!!!

I had a tire that was almost flat but all your techs had left for the day. The man at the desk, I believe his name was Jason offered to at least fill the tire for me. When he went to put air in he noticed a small screw in the tire. He was so kind and offered to pull it and put a plug in the tire. He saved me from having a really bad day. I am so greatful to him. He didn't have to do that. Thank you Jason and Kost Tire!!

Called Frank last week about getting tires order and installed today . I was met today with a smile from the young lady behind the counter today . I have been getting tires from Kost for over 20 years . I Have checked tire rack for pricing and found they were very comparable. I have visited may Kost tire and this visit was the same . Clean waiting room and great staff . If you are from the Scranton area , give Frank a call , tell him I sent ya!

Great service and great people!! Manger josh was outstanding, the price was great and it was quick. They showed me my cabin filter which needed to be replaced. They are great at kost, and I will only be having my car worked on or looked at exclusively at kost tires.

While driving home one night I parked the car in my driveway. I immediately heard air escaping my tire and realized I had driven over a nail or a piece of metal. I called Kost Tire @ 5:05 pm fully realizing they close @ 6pm. I spoke to Frank and informed him of my situation. I was not expecting anything that night. I simply wanted to bring my car down while there was still air in the tire and hopefully if their schedule allowed it, they could look at it the next day. Frank informed me that if I could get the car down there, they could quickly look at it and see if they could help me out. Shocked, I immediately got in my car drove there and they took my car in immediately. Approximately 30 minutes later, they patched my tire, and I was on my way. I cannot stress, just how impressed I was with their friendliness, their customer service, and their all around helpfulness. While my car is fairly new, I informed Frank that when it is time for new tires, I will immediately give them a call first. I cannot thank Frank and the rest of the employees at Kost.

Was traveling to SC and "broke down" in PA. I had an idea of what the issue was when I got towed there during the night. They called me in the morning and took care of the issue and did NOT try to claim a bigger issue than it was. Got me back on the road in a few hours and were completely honest with what needed to be fix with zero up sale. Honesty is worth its weight in gold. Thank you!

Probably best experience I've had to date. As a girl not really knowing what's wrong or what to ask for, they were so nice and helpful the second I walked in. Highly highly recommend. If I can give 10 stars I would.
