I called Kost in Moscow when I was in a bind, and Woody was incredibly helpful and patient!

I had a wonderful experience with Kost Tire garage. We broke down in the night while traveling, and it was a very stressful situation, especially with my children., the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Woody. He was genuinely welcoming, kind, and compassionate. He did everything he could to help us, and what stood out the most was that he cared about us, not just about fixing the car. The quality of their work was excellent, and thanks to them we were able to safely continue our trip. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. If I’m ever in the area again and need assistance, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The man at the desk woody was so so nice to us during the whole stop, my mom caught a flat on a road trip so we had to get towed here and as soon as we got to kost we were welcomed with open arms. Woodie and the young fella “can’t remember his name” were absolutely wonderful there, I could tell that all the mechanics there were well coordinated and worked well as a team. The younger guy was even super patient and helpful with an older gentleman that was struggling at the counter trying to understand some paperwork. Got my tires there for nearly a steal of a deal for my cars inspection, they were quick ESPECIALLY for a super busy day! They even gave me a ride to work that was around the corner since I had dropped off my car and was going to walk to work. Hands down, they’re the best and I see what the hypes about now with them! They had all 5 “or 4” of their car bays occupied and STILL was very clean in their garage! Amazing people, amazing workers, if I could give 10 stars I would! DONT SECOND GUESS, go with Kost Tires!

I had my car inspection done here and the service was amazing. They were very fast, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress free. Woody was friendly and explained everything clearly. Woody is awesome…he’s knowledgeable, honest, and seems to genuinely care about his customers. I highly recommend this Kost location for any vehicle maintenance. They replaced my front brakes and did an oil change in less than two hours, and I feel confident everything was done right. Easily the best service I’ve ever had at an auto shop and I’ll definitely be back.

Once again grateful for this Kost location in Daleville after they fixed a rim leak for me this morning. Woody and Dominic are always welcoming, personable, and informative and handle problems with patience, honesty, and good humor. The technicians are great and will even come out to put air in your tires when you pull up to the pump. It’s a clean and pleasant place to hang out if you have to wait. A+ service close to home - thank you guys again.

Great service! Woody the manager is a great guy, very kind, and approachable. He's been helping my dad for years and Kost was lucky to acquire him as an employee! He's always looking to help out the best he can and you never get the sense that he's trying to upsell you on anything you don't truly need. The location is nice and clean. Its also very welcoming. Overall highly recommend this location

Woodie and his team really do go above and beyond to make sure they offer unmatched customer service. I have brought my vehicle here several times over the last few months for vehicle maintenance. Although they recommend only using parts that they have on hand or that they order they have made an exception on occasion to install parts I provided. I have been very satisfied with the services provided at this location.
