My experience was with Flo, Kingston,Pa. This past Saturday, June I st I had my 2019 jeep Cherokee towed to Kost tire Pierce St, Kingston,Pa. Flo worked with me regarding my jeep. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday, June 1 at 1 o’clock however towing was late due to several road accidents. This cause them to be late picking up my jeep. I called Kost Tire and spoke with Flo, explained the situation and he was perfectly fine, very courteous and very understanding about my car not arriving on time. He called me on the following day to let me know what was actually wrong with my car and that they had gave it an oil change as we spoke about prior to doing the oil change if needed. This was so reassuring as I thought it would’ve been a lot worse. I can’t say enough about Flo and what a great employee he is. I was so worried about my car. Upon completion of finishing my jeep, he call to tell me that it did indeed need an oil change and that it was completed. He told me to pick up the car at my convenience and that the area was under surveillance so the car would be safe until I arrived. There should be more people in this world like him, especially when working with the public. Flo is very smart, courteous and very valuable to the company. He has a big heart so I want to thank him very much, and also to say that I am proud to be part of the Kost tire family! Again thank you Flo! Doreen Novick

I don’t know where to start really, but this location took care of my car when a different location messed things up. The guys were transparent and communicated exceptionally well! I cannot thank this location enough for the help! I will definitely be back!

Over the weekend I had noticed I needed tires urgently, my back tires were down to the steel belt. I commute every day with my 2 year old daughter and was very worried about driving with her in the car at this point. I called several places before Kost when I should have called there first. I live 45 minutes away and the staff member named Tom made multiple calls to get the tires I needed in today. I brought my car down and he was able to get them on my car within a couple hours of me calling and him ordering them! I am extremely grateful for all the work he put in to making sure my daughter and I were safe. I will definitely be going back for all my car service needs!

I have been a longtime customer at Kost tire in Kingston. Tom has always taken care of all my needs whether big or small. But I have to mention the outstanding customer service I received this past Saturday My wife and I went into the garage and found a front tire flat. This was at 10:30 and we had furniture being delivered between 11:00-3:00 pm, so we put the doughnut on and headed to Kost. We arrived at 10:59 and as we pulled into a full parking lot the furniture delivery called and said they are at our house. My wife told them we were 5 minutes away, and they said they would only wait 5 minutes then leave. Tom came out and said what's wrong, I explained, flat tire everything is in the back, He said go, I will park your car and take care of it. Thankfully we made it in time, and Tom called a short time later and said everything is done. We came back and Tom as usual had a kind word and a firm handshake and we were on our way. But here is the exceptional part, after pulling in my garage I went to put all the things I left in the back away, the tire, jack, wrench etc. and found everything had been put back perfectly. My car would not start. I called KOST, they sent 2 guys to my house to take a look at it and gave it a jump. I followed them to the garage and they had me back in the road in 10 minutes! Great customer service! I could not thank the people at KOST on Wyoming Ave, Kingston enough! This is the only place I would recommend someone to take their car.
