This is my first review ever. Had to do this. Absolutely the best auto shop in NEPA. Not just a tire shop! I trust them much more than my dealership for all maintenance. My 2500hd Diesel, and our Acura MDX are so much better off. Tires, shocks, oil changes, transfer case flushes, differential flushing, check engine light diagnostics, batteries,...everything. Staff is knowledgeable and very nice. Labor is done right and reasonable. This is the place to go for good piece of mind regarding your car. I've been into cars for 50 years. Do not hesitate to go here!

The customer service at Kost is fantastic! They looked over my car and told me exactly what was wrong and explained to me what was happening. I know nothing about cars, and it was nice to not be talked down to when they were explaining what was going on with my car. They make sure you know what is wrong and why it needs to be fixed. They make sure they get you back out on the road safely.

This Kost is the Best! I have been to other Kost locations, Tire Choice, Jack Williams/Mavis in the past and none compare in service and courtesy. Management is phenomenal and all the guys working there know their stuff and are really cool tbh.

I originally posted a 1 star review last week for issues that occurred. Kost tires offered to correct their mistake and for me to give them a 2nd chance. I decided to do that and I am happy I did. My appointment for new tires with mounting, balancing, and alignment only took 75 minutes. It was very quick and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am glad that I gave them a 2nd chance as I now have a place closer to home to fix issues with my vehicle and tires. Thanks kost tires for changing my mind.

The manager Ed Vitock was amazing. I was desperate with a flat tire on the highway when I called him. He got me in immediately, gave me a discount and within 30 mins I was back on the road to visit my daughter in Philly. He was so kind and went above and beyond for me. This kind of customer service and genuine kindness in this crazy world was appreciated so much. What a gem this man is!

Went in because our van was making a weird noise on a road trip. They took fantastic care of us and made us feel at home. We needed a piece of rubber that they don’t make anymore for our model. They worked magic and molded one for us. Very friendly crew and fair pricing!
