I am grateful that I stop in to this location, the staff and manager in this location were very knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns. I have a bmw 2series and they did not hesitate on taking on my issues and were able to give me resolution to my issues. Not many companies or mechanics are willing to assess or even touch European vehicles. This location was hands down on top of my issues and concerns. My experience in Honesdale started with a phone call to Scott Gray regarding a tire that was losing air pressure. That turned into 2 tires that needed to be repaired, the purchase of 2 new tires, and a 4 wheel alignment service. He and Domenic were both cordial and professional while taking care of my car. The following week a second vehicle was in need of a special "not off the shelf" tire. Scott was able to locate one, had it delivered, and mounted on our truck the following day. Took our team van to Kost Tire...was concerned about possible loose tire. They got us in at once without appt, removed both tires, checked tire pressure too. Then... they wouldnt take a paymeny from me. THK U! RECOMMEND TO ALL

George got me in and fixed my tire and my lights bulbs in 1 hr and was extremely busy with other customers Allentown PA Lehigh’s st could not help me right away and said that it would take at least 2-3 hours to get in and then another hour to fix I’m out of state live in Wisconsin but use to live here in PA and George has always taken excellent care of all my vehicles Thank u so much George and stay awesome and keep being your funny self

So happy Kost tire is now in our backyards in Taylor. I keep having to fill my one tire due to the dashboard telling me low tire pressure. In less than 30 minutes the guys at Kost pulled a large nail out of the tire & patched it for me. Great job!! Going back next week to get my State Inspection done..

EXCELLENT experience at Kost Tire & Auto Service in Taylor, and cheers to super kind-and-professional employees Christine and Rob! There was a local used car we were considering for purchase, and we called the nearest Kost in Taylor in the late afternoon to see if they could possibly do a pre-purchase inspection for us same day. (We'd traveled two hours to get to the dealership for this specific car, and were hoping we didn't have to make the long trip back again.) Kost got us in for our pre-purchase inspection right away! Christine and Rob took the time to go over the things they noted in the inspection, even shared some pointers for cosmetic items we could consider, and gave us the confidence in the car to finish the purchase. Been to this location twice before for flat tires. They never charged me for those services. So, when my truck needed tires, I could not go anywhere else. Their pricing was also competitive, and I appreciate the great service by Matt and Alan behind the counter. They are professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.
