I went in with a problem with tires on my dually truck. I'm an RVer traveling through the area, so I couldn't make an appointment for a week from Thursday. They were very understanding of my situation and agreed to fix my problem right away. The desk guys were super and John, the guy who worked on my truck, was friendly and did a perfect fix. Thanks guys. You're fantastic!

A truly amazing experience from Tiffany and team at this PA location. My daughter and I were heading to Buffalo for a quick college/moving trip and unfortunately got a flat on 80. A very kind man, who was a local tow truck driver helped us out and changed out our spare so we didn’t have to wait on my AAA service. He recommended this KOST location, so we came right over. I had 0 expectations on how long this service would take or how much it would cost, but we were welcomed in, and back on the road in an hour. The fact that Tiffany refused to take any money for their time and troubles for the tire plug was so unexpected, and appreciated beyond words. My daughter and I both were flabbergasted at how kind you all were and have told everyone that will listen about the kindness of PA, and how it completely swayed what could have been a dent in our trip to such a positive experience. It’s so nice to know that there are still kind and generous people in this world. THANK YOU🩷

Carlos was extremely detailed in helping me with tire selection for my truck he showed me what he had in stock and the difference in the tread on the tires. He explained which ones were quieter and showed me tires from least to most expensive. I will be getting my tires from Kost in Williamsport for sure.

Last week, on a road trip to New York, our car hit a curb when backing up and ended up denting the tip of our exhaust pipe a little inward. We drove down the road to Kost, where their tech Ethan offered to immediately fix it even after the manager Woody found out they were fully booked that day. Ethan straightened out the exhaust pipe tip immediately, free of charge. Much gratitude to Ethan, Woody, and Kost for helping us out!

I called early a.m and spoke to Jake, whom was very informative, courteous, polite and patient after being in shock with having my air conditioner compressor pulley go out on me. He was very professional when explaining the different payment options & made the awful experience of having my care serviced more pleasurable. I was in and out in no time, and they didn’t charge me for the service, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their priority. Charlie is great, he always gives us a great experience when we come in. The crew here at Lewisburg makes me feel at home, I don't have to worry about some reckless kid scratching up my rims when I come in. They are professional, they treat your car with care, and I recommend them. I don't always feel that way at other places. If I’m stuck going to WalMart, I’m usually cringing in my seat while I wait. It is not the cheapest place in town, but it is the best value. I've tried Steve Shannon, their tires wore out prematurely for me. Kost tires cost a little more, but it’s worth it, they lasted almost twice as long. Do your research, and check out the expected mileage for your tires before you make a decision. If you’re like me, and don't want to buy new tires every year, then Kost is the right place to go.

the service guys there are very helpful and repaired tire in fast matter.. i would give 10 stars to this store but only do 5 ..

I took my 15 jeep grand Cherokee in today to have the a/c system inspected. my a/c stopped working. Derrick at the counter was so pleasant and helpful to get me in fast and efficiently. Derrick was super helpful explaining to me what the issue was. They had it fixed in a couple hours and I was able to stay cool again thank you guys at Kost for the excellent service and getting my car fixed.

I have done business at this Kost location for over 10 years and appreciate the fact that service is done correctly the first time. I am also confident in their ability to analyze and repair most automotive problems. Their last Hankook tire recommendation makes my 13 year old Cadillac ride more like a Caddy than the previous Yokohama's. All in all, I'm a happy repeat customer!

Being going to this location for years. Vic balances the needs of the customer with the needs of the company, treats customers with fairness, honesty and integrity and makes sure the job is done right. I can do many of the smaller jobs myself, but keep returning because of Victor and him alone.
